ADDITION + RENOVATION

An addition and whole house renovation was designed to maintain the quaint and cozy feel of this original 1940s house. The three story addition included a Kitchen, Family Room, Primary Bedroom Suite and Basement Recreational Room. The former Kitchen space was transformed into a Mudroom and Powder Room. The existing Basement was finished featuring a new Guest Room and Bathroom. The addition peeks around the corner and shows the street a hint of what awaits behind.
