This 1950 Colonial was a bland, blank canvas in a community full of more impressive historic homes. The addition and whole house renovation elevated it to the high standards of its neighbors with a modern twist. The exterior boasts a new Front Porch and extended roof overhangs with rafter tails. The interior was opened up, transforming it into a bright and airy space without adding a lot of square feet.
